We cannot be more excited to be a part of the beginning of the efforts to end the threat of Covid-19 by participating in vaccination clinics. While we are all ready to relax, we know that now it is more important than ever to continue using all of our tools to keep Covid-19 at bay, so that our community and our local areas can greatly reduce the threat of this virus.

Tools for fighting this virus include: wearing a mask, physical distancing, washing our hands, avoiding crowds, avoiding poorly ventilated areas, and getting the vaccine when given the opportunity. 

Community Update:

Today we held our second vaccine clinic where residents and staff who received their first dose on December 30th received their final dose. Many who had not been able to participate earlier, received their first dose today.  Since the vaccine is a two-part series, those who receive their initial vaccine today will be scheduled for their follow up dose in February.  

Routine testing of all staff continues.  With testing that was completed recently, we received positive results for three employees. These employees will remain off-site until cleared to return to work under CDC Guidelines  Further resident testing is not required at this time. We continue to monitor all residents for any Covid-19 relative symptoms.  In the event a resident exhibits any symptoms or receives positive test results, our team will contact primary contacts directly.

We are pleased to announce that our salon re-opened on January 25th. We are enjoying this luxury!
