The Renaissance at Coeur D’Alene has broken ground on a new building that will increase its capacity from 64 to 80 units. The Renaissance was acquired by Radiant Senior Living in July of this year. Radiant owns and operates 19 assisted living communities in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Colorado and Montana.
The new building, named Chateau Rochelle is the 5th Chateau on the campus. Chateau Rochelle is slated for completion in January of 2019, will be licensed for 16 residents and will have approximately 7,300 square feet of resident living area. The Renaissance is working with local builder Glauser Construction on the project.
“We wanted to take some steps to meet the increasing need for housing and healthcare options for seniors in the area”, said James Guffee, President and CEO of Radiant Senior Living. “We are thrilled at the progress of the construction so far, and we are looking forward to its completion in January.”
